Why does my vehicle show as “unverified”?

There are several possible reasons for this:

1. You created a customer account before 24/03/2026, the date on which our service was updated
You must “validate the vehicle” via your customer portal.


2. You have already completed the validation process but:
The image quality was insufficient
The information did not match the registration number provided
The document submitted did not allow the vehicle to be verified
The vehicle identification number did not match the registration number provided
We invite you to resubmit your request, ensuring the image provided is legible or that the vehicle identification number is correct. If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact our customer service team.
