How can I delete my customer account?
1/ Access your customer account
- On mobile: Open the menu (top right) ⇒ Log in
- On desktop: Click the “Log in” button (top right)
2/ View your personal information
- Click on “Personal information” (from the drop-down menu on mobile)
3/ Delete your account
- Click the “Delete your account” button at the bottom of the page
- A confirmation pop-up will appear: click “Yes”
4/ Your account is deleted
Please note:
- You can delete your account at any time, without justification.
- You may register again at any time, using the same email address or a different one.
- No data will be retained after deletion, in accordance with our personal data protection policy.
- If you do not log in for 3 years, your account will be automatically deleted, without any action required on your part.
