How can I delete my customer account?

1/ Access your customer account

  • On mobile: Open the menu (top right) ⇒ Log in
  • On desktop: Click the “Log in” button (top right)


2/ View your personal information

  • Click on “Personal information” (from the drop-down menu on mobile)


3/ Delete your account

  • Click the “Delete your account” button at the bottom of the page
  • A confirmation pop-up will appear: click “Yes”


4/ Your account is deleted

Please note:

  • You can delete your account at any time, without justification.
  • You may register again at any time, using the same email address or a different one.
  • No data will be retained after deletion, in accordance with our personal data protection policy.
  • If you do not log in for 3 years, your account will be automatically deleted, without any action required on your part.
