What changes have been made to the traffic alert service?
To improve your experience and enhance the security of your data, our journey alert service is evolving.
From now on, to continue receiving your journey alerts on the open-flow section of the A79, two conditions will apply:
1. You must have a customer account
2. You must have a vehicle linked and validated on that account

Why this change?
This change enhances the security of access to services linked to your vehicle (passage alerts, journey details, etc.) and ensures that only those who have provided proof of ownership can access the information.
Access is thus strengthened, which enhances the protection of your personal data

What are the benefits?
The customer account allows you to centralise all your services. Once your vehicle has been “validated”, you will be able to:
  • View details of your journeys
  • Subscribe to the Journey Information Alert service, which allows you to receive notifications during your future journeys on the free-flow sections of the A79
  • Make payments more easily
  • Add or remove your vehicles independently
