The rules for entering your German licence plate are as follows: 

Accents should be removed (Ü becomes U, Ä becomes A and Ö becomes O, etc.).

Minus (-) signs and spaces should be removed.

The registration plate is entered in this format during your entire journey on the payment site: 

- To register your license plate number in your customer area.

- To enter your license plate and display your routes pending payment. 

- To enter your license plate and pay for your trips Free Flow/ payment notice/ and finding the non-payment
