How to create your customer account on the payment website

1/ Access the customer account login page

  • On mobile: Open the menu (top right) ⇒ Log in
  • On desktop: Click the “Log in” button (top right)

On the page, click the “Create my account” button


2/ Complete the form

  • Email address: This will be used as your login ID.
  • Password: Choose a secure password (at least 8 characters, including letters, numbers and symbols if possible).


3/ Confirm your registration

  • Tick the box to accept the Terms and Conditions of Use and the data protection policy.
  • Click “Create my account”


4/ Confirm your email address

  • Open your email inbox.
  • Find the email sent by ALIAE.
  • Click the “Activate my account” link.

💡 If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder.


5/ First login to your account

  • Go to the customer account login page.
  • Enter your login ID (email) and password.
  • Add and validate your vehicle to benefit from account features: journey details and email passage notifications.
  • Add your personal information to make payment easier: the information entered will be automatically filled in during payment.
