How to create your customer account on the payment website
1/ Access the customer account login page
- On mobile: Open the menu (top right) ⇒ Log in
- On desktop: Click the “Log in” button (top right)
On the page, click the “Create my account” button
2/ Complete the form
- Email address: This will be used as your login ID.
- Password: Choose a secure password (at least 8 characters, including letters, numbers and symbols if possible).
3/ Confirm your registration
- Tick the box to accept the Terms and Conditions of Use and the data protection policy.
- Click “Create my account”
4/ Confirm your email address
- Open your email inbox.
- Find the email sent by ALIAE.
- Click the “Activate my account” link.
💡 If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder.
5/ First login to your account
- Go to the customer account login page.
- Enter your login ID (email) and password.
- Add and validate your vehicle to benefit from account features: journey details and email passage notifications.
- Add your personal information to make payment easier: the information entered will be automatically filled in during payment.
